It was lovely to involved in the SEND Roadshow yesterday at Leicester County Hall. Many stalls representing many different areas and services around special educational needs were set up on a beautiful afternoon. Children joined in activities on table tops cycling and sports, all accessible to those with extra needs.
I was there supporting The Leicester and Leicestershire dyslexia Association and enjoyed talking with children and adults about dyslexia. The SEND workshops are held regularly in and around Leicester and Leicestershire and I hope to be attending many more.
